Pleasant picnic spot with stunning view of the cliffs.
Saint-Pierre en Port :
An ancient fishing port whose population of fishermen has moved higher up as the cliff has subsided. The 13th C church was taken apart stone by stone and rebuilt. Small family beach.
Sassetot-le-Mauconduit :
Village with two beaches shared with neighbouring St-Pierre en Port and St-Martin aux Buneaux.
Les Grandes Dalles :.
Small pebble beach, surrounded by 19th C villas and with a ferruginous spring.
Les Petites Dalles :
Narrow valleuse with uniform sandstone and flint houses and white wooden huts around a pretty little beach. Reach the plateau by the St-Martin ladder.
This unique coastline is perfect for catching fish “by feel”, especially different types of crab.
